It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosalyn Rosie Bowman of Damascus, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 82, on November 25, 2023. She was predeceased by : her husband James "Jim" Bernard Bowman, Sr.; her parents, Mary Ellen (Hahn) and William Wesley Bell; her siblings, Richard Hines (Bev), A. Ruthellen Hruska (Ken), Donald Bell (Carolyn) and John Bell (Carol); her brother-in-law Laverne Neal; and her nephew Denny Hines.

She is survived by : her sons, James Bernard, Jr. and Michael E. Bowman; her grandchildren, Hailey Hamrick (Tyler), Hunter Bowman, Peyton Bowman, Alaena Bowman and Layla Bowman; her great grandchildren, Naomi, Owen and Lilly; and her sister Delores Neal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends.
