He is survived by: his wife Jane Mathias; his children, Angela (Dianne) and Tim (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jason Sandoval, Angelica Jimenez (Dustin), Stephanie Vance, Matthew Vance and John Vance; his great grandchildren, Delaney, James and Jacob Vance; his nephew Jerry Mathias; his nieces, Kristin Tulip and Jaci Gosche; his caregivers, Stanford, Robert and Kim; and his family, Jaci, Jerry and Christine.
