He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Kyle Blackburn and Margaret Faye Blackburn (Hamm). He is survived by: his wife Debra Faye Blackburn (Williams); his daughter Penny Faye Hall; his grandson Cody Hall (Kayla); and his siblings, William Blackburn (Dawn), Rick Blackburn (Donna), Linda Dowell (late Tommy Dowell) and Virginia "Blanche" Dugan (late Joe Dugan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Blessed Hope Baptist Church (1525 Mitchell Ln, Aberdeen, MD 21001).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bobby's memory may be made to Blessed Hope Baptist Church.
