He is survived by: his children, Kristina Kennedy (David), Angela Reeves (Roger) and Thomas Kelly, Jr. (Alison); his great grandchildren, Iszac, Wendy, Cole, Madison, Kaitlyn, Dylan, Ethan, Tessa, Peyton and Khloee; and his brothers, William Kelly (Lois) and Robert Kelly (Mary Ella).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Darlington Cemetery.
