She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Nicholson and Yvonne Nicholson; and her brother Mark Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie B. O'Donnell (John) and Timothy "Tim" Modlin, Jr. (Amy); her grandsons, Tyler Bryant, Timothy "Timmy" Modlin, III, Vincent O'Donnell, Tyler O'Donnell and Nathan O'Donnell; her great grandchildren, Miah, Isabella, James, Riley and Olivia; and her siblings, Oscar Nicholson, III, Stephen Nicholson, Rock Nicholson and Cyndi Nicholson.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chesapeake Christian Fellowship (377 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the St. James Episcopal Church Cemetery (5757 Solomons Island Rd, Lothian, MD 20711).
