She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Jungling and Marie Hickson Jungling; her husband Stephen R. Mihaly (Ron); her son Richard; her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Bernard Tokarczyk; her niece Lynn Tokarczyk; and her nephew Thomas Tokarczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Mihaly (Patricia), Patricia Hodges (Jesse), Michael Mihaly (Joanne), Sean Mihaly (Julie Herford) and Cheryl Mihaly (late Richard); her grandchildren, Michael Hodges, Jessica Forrest, Casey Plugge, Dean Mihaly, Andrew Mihaly, Alexandra Mihaly, Anthony Mihaly, Sean Mihaly and Ryan Mihaly; and her nephews, Bernard, Michael, Robert, William and Timothy Tokarczyk. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Donna's memory to the American Heart Association.
