She was predeceased by: her parents, Willa Mae and George Brown of Pittsburgh, PA; and her brother George "Junior" Brown. She is survived by: her husband Robert Queen; her daughters, JaNay Queen Nazaire (Villiere Nazaire), Robyn M. Queen and Katrese "Queen" Queen; her sibling Meryl Gholston; and her close friend Terrece Davis.
