He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Frances Ann Bent. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Avioli; his sons, Alex Avioli-Bent (Jonathan Bark) and Andrew Avioli Bent (Maddie McPeters); his siblings, John (Cassandra Bent), Michael (Deborah Bent), Kathleen (Steve Ross) and Anthony Bent of Blythewood, SC; and his grandchildren, Natalie Frances and Logan Tyler.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) Foundation, a cause close to Joe and his family.
