He is survived by: his wife Haila Culp Cleaver; his brothers, Ronald (Maryanne) and Stewart Cleaver; his sisters-in-law, Andrea Culp Lilly (Don), Melody Culp Turner (Tom) and Teena Culp Haddox; his parents-in-law, Roland and Lorraine Culp; his siblings' children, Jeffrey Scher (Susan), Lindsay Bangle (Paul), Amanda Krantz (Dale), Gregory Lilly (Kim), Kyle Ritchey, Caroline Ritchey and Trevor Haddox; his great-nieces, Evie Krantz, Adeline and Charlotte Lilly; his great-nephew Hugh Krantz; his close friends, Carlos, Christina Uria "The Darlings", Rich Harrington, Sue Stevens, Pam and Chuck Buseck; his pet Abby; and his caregivers, Maria and Marie.
