He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Butler and Doris Knopp (Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Knopp; his children, Renee Knopp (Rick Husk) and Jayme Knopp (Jennifer); his grandsons, Ronnie, Travis Knopp, Shane and Brendan Ronan; and his brother Wayne Knopp.
