With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Buzzy France of Deale, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Lawrence France (Phipps). He is survived by : his son Robert C France (Paula) of Deale, MD; and his brothers, Lawrence France (Mary) of Arnold, MD and John W. France (Susan) of Englewood, Colorado.. He is also survived by many friends, coworkers and his Dockside family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Buzzy's memory may be made to the Marland State Police Alumni Association, MSPAA Memorial Fund, 1750 S Plantation Drive, Dunkirk, MD 20754.
