She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Horrell and Ralph Horrell. She is survived by: her children, Terry Rigsbee, Jr. of Shady Side, MD, Chrystal Rigsbee of Churchton, MD and Victoria Best of Huntingtown, MD; her siblings, Jim Horrell, Laura Hardy, Cathy Wright and Darlene Lowery; her grandchildren, Tyler Young, Brittany Waugh, Ryan Hood, Kaylee Rigsbee, Dominick and Gabriela Best; and her great grandchild Maverick Waugh.
