He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Verl and Anna Mary McClellan Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Christine Shaw Kelley; his daughters, Amy Mann (Reuben) and Julie Rayne (Maury); his grandchildren, Taylor Mann, Ayden Mann, Zoe Rayne and Colby Rayne; and his brothers, Donald Kelley (Sandy) and Dale Kelley (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
