He was predeceased by: his parents, Gifford Dean and Eleanora Lilly Biles; and his sisters, Mildred Raine and Thelma Grala. He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Kelly Biles; his daughter Denise Kelly Knowles (Gregory) of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Alicia Creamer (Matthew IV) of Aldie, VA and Derek B. Knowles of Salisbury, MD; and his great grandchildren, Matthew V and Luke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
