He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Moore and Kenneth Moore; and his sister Connie Phoebus (Brad). He is survived by: his wife Melody Moore; his children, Angela Sonnier (Chris), Katelyn Jackson, Jacob Jackson (Yvonne), Rebekah Jackson and Joshua Jackson; his grandchildren, Thomas, Tucker Sonnier, Everett, Elias Cahoon, Savannah and Jude Jackson; his siblings, Roger Moore (Tricia) and Edna Melvin (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Kevin Moore (Michelle), Scott Phoebus (Shannan), Sandy Thompson (Brian) and Doug Melvin (Kim); and his close friends, Ray Nack, Alphonso "Pookie" Cornish and Dennis Pitmon. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Association in Jeff's memory.
