He is survived by: his wife Ellen Jean Outten; his son Michael Outten (Sheila); his grandchildren, Jordan Outten and Madison Outten; and his nephews, Gerald Outten (Delores) and J. Steve Leffew (Diane). He is also survived by several grand nephews, nieces, and cousins.
