It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Lord of Denton, Maryland, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Willis and Susie Hunter Willis; and her siblings, Eddie, Harry, Dick, Bill, Charles "Buck", Helen, Ruth, Margaret, Mary and Florence.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Lord (Rose Peix), Richard Lord (Terry Ann), Maxann Davis (Bill) and Scott Lord (Terri); her grandchildren, Casey Duld (Charles), Mandy Duvall (Rob), Kristin Lord-Buchanan (Brittany), Megan Dorbin (Andrew) and Tailor Breeding (William); and her great grandchildren, Camryn, Luca, Chandler, Drew, Malia, Andie and Mac.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
