He is survived by : his wife Carol Lynn Hoffman of Bridgeville; and his brothers, Roland Hoffman of Bethany, DE, Robert G. Hoffman of Centreville, MD and Edward H. Hoffman of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
