He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Stockley and Carol Marie Derrenbacher Stockley. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon D. Stockley (D. K.) of Easton, MD and Marcus S. Stockley of Newcomb, MD; and his half-sister Susie Rada of Queenstown, MD..
