He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter Camper (Jacob) and Mary Ethel Palmer; and his aunts and uncles, Elwood Palmer, Earl Turner, George Palmer, Joseph Palmer, William Camper, Noah Camper, Jr., Charles Camper, Sr., Robert Camper, Carlton Jarmon, Sr., Marva Brummell and Louise Lawes.

He is survived by: his parents, Georgie Palmer and Sharon Palmer; his brothers, Rashaad Harris and Isaiah Palmer; his grandmother Dorothy Camper; his aunts and uncles, Bruce Camper, Sr., James Palmer (Tracy), Tony Palmer, Robert Palmer (Dorothy), Leonard Palmer (Doris), James Camper (Barbara), Lawrence Brummell, Kathy Thomas, Shirley Palmer-Taylor, Cassandra Camper, Karen Camper, Katherine Camper and Azalie Camper; and his godparents, Tyrone Jones and Roslyn Matthews. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
