He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Todd, Sr. and Lottie Evelyn Stevens Todd. He is survived by: his wife Gene L. Todd of Denton; his children, Kim Todd (Charles Gustin) of Denton, David Todd (Constance) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Alex Todd (Elizabeth) of Trappe, MD; and his grandchildren, Kristin Todd, Emilie Todd and Branton Todd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
