Annamarie Dean wrote a sympathy message

“My sympathy to all of Mr. Frank’s family. I know that I have not seen him in a long time but I am so sadden but this news. He was like a second dad to me when I was in high school. I remember me and Frannie going to the rack track with him and him letting us ride down the 1/4 mile in the back of the Burnsville Bandit. I will always remember him. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. I send my love to Miss Mildred and Frannie always. Love u all!! Anna Dean “Annie’rie””
