It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Fisher Sr. (Denton, Maryland), who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Methodist Church (100 S 5th Ave, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Spring Grove Cemetery (721 Crystal Ave, Denton, MD 21629).
