James Owen Knotts Walsh Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Owen Knotts Walsh of Denton, Maryland, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his sister Bronwyn W. Zolper (Bill) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his nephews, Carl William Zolper III (Kelly), Matthew Zolper (Gia), Casey Zolper (Jaime) and Patrick Zolper (Susan); and also Kathy Mackel. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.

This research allowed him to make significant contributions to the creation of the National Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway.
