He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bolt and Ella Bolt (Dehart); his wife Ruth Anna Bolt; and his siblings, Kenneth Bolt and Lois Beddle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Hayman (Edward) of Greensboro, MD, Cheryl Satterfield (Paul) of Denton, MD and Donna Todd (John) of Denton, MD; and his grandchildren, Holly Trice of Denton, Kyle Satterfield of Harrington, DE, Levi Hayman of Greensboro, Samantha Gill of Denton, Allison Todd of Denton, Cody Satterfield of Denton and Colby Todd of Preston. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
