He was predeceased by : his parents, John Aubrey Sarver and Edna Sisk; his wife Dona Sarver; his siblings, Lil Thompson, Betty Farmer and Joyce Wagner; his grandsons, Donald Gray Jr. and Kevin Gray; and his son-in-law Donald Gray Sr..

He is survived by : his children, Terry Gray (Todd Collison), Anthony Sarver Sr. (Sharon) and Tim Sarver (Cyndi); his siblings, Millie Whitt and Barry Sarver; and his grandchildren, Brandi Phillips, Tony Sarver Jr., Keely Karsenty, Katie Wilcox, Cortney Sarver and Amanda Vespremi. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
