“For 36 years, Dr. Asunción was our family/primary doc. He spent over 50 years in emergency medicine, internal/family medicine, and donating his time to disaster-stricken areas of the world. He was the most compassionate of men. Dr. Asunción had a wonderful sense of humor. In the midst of very un-funny circumstances, he could make me laugh. He was a great diagnostician, and he was dignified, kind, and patient. We will always love you, Dr. Asunción. 💔🥺”

“Dr. Asuncion was my family doctor since he was in Poolesville & when he moved to Germantown, I followed him there. He loved it when I spoke to him in Spanish & he would answer me. back in Spanish. I told him we needed to practice more & he would laugh. I will miss him dearly.”
