It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard McKee (Derwood, Maryland), who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McKee and Cecilia McKee; and his siblings, Frank, Cecilia and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine McKee; his children, Thomas McKee, Joseph McKee, James McKee and Jacqueline McKee Zeranski; and his grandchildren, Ryder McKee, William McKee, Zachary Zeranski, Jacob Zeranski, Shannon McKee, Devin McKee and Cecilia Zeranski.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (6701 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855). A committal service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (11401 Brink Rd, Germantown, MD 20876). A burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at the same location.
