He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Blackburn; and his stepfather Leslie Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Lorie Powell (Ben) of Derwood, MD and Robert J Hornak Jr.; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Makenzie, Riley and Carson Powell.
