He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John Wilson Rowe, Jr. and Louise Agnes Blose; his siblings, Thomas Rowe and Ella Knight; his granddaughter Ashley Degen Bartlett; and his great grandchild Lucas Holzberger.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bowers Rowe; his children, Kimberly Degen (Steve) of Damascus, MD and William A. Rowe (Andy); his grandchildren, Alexis Holzberger, William A. Rowe III (Will) and Savannah Rowe; his stepgranddaughters, Megan Pena Vasquez and Brianna LaBrack; and his siblings, John Rowe of Houston, TX, Mary Elizabeth Puller (Buddy) of Harrisonburg, VA and James Rowe (Sharon) of Lewisburg, WV. He is also survived by eight great-Grandchildren.
William Anderson (Bill) Rowe, 76, of Derwood MD, passed peacefully at his home February 19, 2025 after a long courageous battle of prostate cancer and Parkinson's disease.
