It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Levi Riker of Dowell, Maryland, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Max Riker and Rhoda Jane Riker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lee Riker; his children, Tawny Marjenhoff (Wesley) of Jacksonville, FL and Deirdre Forrest of Mechanicsville, MD; and his siblings, George Butts and Gloria Lown of Upstate, NY.. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

“Suzan and I are deeply saddened by Norman’s passing. We first met Norman in 1975 when bought our first boat. We were immediately impressed by his skill and talent We continued to work with him until 2013. After he retired, we stored the boat at their house and spent long weekends with Janice and Norman twice a year. Those visits and meals are among our fondest memories. He was a very special person and will be sorely missed. Suzan and Nathan Isikoff”
