It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barber Sinclair Webster Poe of Drayden, Maryland, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Madeleine Poe and Martin Webster Poe; and his wife Catherine Anne Poe. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Julie Poe of St. George's Island, Gina, Brian Katafiaz of Drayden, MD and Dale Rizzolo of Leonardtown, MD.; his siblings, Jerry Poe of Wilmington, NC, Agnes and Clem Johnson of Hollywood, MD.; and his grandchildren, Dillon Poe of Gates, NC, Brandon Poe of Gates, NC, Tayler Denney of California, MD, Kai Denney of Drayden, MD, Dana Katafiaz and Emma Katafiaz.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Face Catholic Church (20408 Point Lookout Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
