She was predeceased by: her husband Walter H. Woodie, Sr.; her son Walter H. Woodie, Jr.; and her brother Paul Mitchell. She is survived by: her child Robin Messina (Joseph); her grandchildren, Shannon Chojnacki (Brian) and Walter H. Woodie, III (Simone); her great grandchildren, Mason Chojnacki, Merrick Chojnacki, Madelyn Chojnacki and Wyatt Woodie; and her siblings, Ellamae Korell, James Young, John Young, Marvin Young, Charles Young, David Young and Richard Young. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
