He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pantelis Damalas and Ioanna Damalas; his siblings, Katerina, Kaliopi, Anastasia and Alexandros; his wife Despina Loukas; his children, Kiki and Panteli; his son-in-law Bill Giannopoulos; and his grandchildren, Spiro, Andi, Athanasia, Tommi and Giannopoulos.
Thanasi lost his very short battle with COVID.
