She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fawcett and Janet Fawcett. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Lowman; her children, Vicky L. Mouring (Bill), Connie L. Medina (Frank), Lisa L. Mullins (Steve), Ricky Celmer (Sommer) and Jeremy Celmer (Lynda); and her siblings, Donna Hale, Carol Thompson and Jim Farlow. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Family-Owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
