She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Smith, Sr.; her son Robert C. Smith, Jr.; and her brothers, Samuel D. Eichelberger, III, Harry G. Eichelberger and Paul B. Eichelberger.
She is survived by: her children, William E. McMillion, Jr. (Betsey), Monica L. Brown (late Edwin), Tracey Halsch (Paul) and Robyn L. Citterman (Gary); and her sisters, Lillian J. Hollis and Sharon L. McMillion. She is also survived by grandmother or 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
