He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Gratz and Patricia Douglas (Bruce); his grandchildren, Riley, Kara Gerstmyer (Alex), Bryan, James and Laura Douglas; his great grandchildren, Liam and Lottie Gerstmyer; and his sisters, Helen "Babes" Kowaleski, Cecile Myrick, Rose Hart, Irene Kelly, Therese Sorrentino and Carol Phillips.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery (6515 Boston St, Baltimore, MD 21224).
