She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence R. Blackwell; her son Kevin Blackwell (Debbie); and her siblings, Vivian Brooks and Garland Martin. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Heaney (Michael), Kristina Loveland and Keith Blackwell; her grandchildren, Kelly, Roy Davis, Ryan, Christina Blackwell, Trent and Shannan Loveland; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Cohen, Silas, Griffin and Aurora Noel; and her siblings, Raver Martin, Nadine Knight and Karen Doherty.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
