She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Fritz Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Donna M. Mullins (Bobby); her grandchildren, Nori Harris (Colin) and Cindy Rinker (Todd); her great grandchildren, Tristan, Trevor, Trent and Erika; her great great grandchild Addison; and her sister Frances Hensen. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
