We announce the death of Howard Edward Allen Sr. of Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 100. He was predeceased by: his spouse Elloise V. Allen; his parents, George A. McGowen and Rose McGowen; and his sons, Howard E. Allen, Jr., David G. Allen and Charles P. Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda L. Harrie; his brother George P. Allen; and his caregiver Shirley Allen. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
