He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Smith; his children, Patrick E. Smith (Stephanie), Dawn L. Roksiewicz (Richard) and Juanita K. McCaskill (Bruce); his grandchildren, Ethan, Zoey, Richard, Ryan, Luke, Cierra, Destiny, Shannon, Holly and Hope; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Xander, Alaina, Malachi, Shandon, Kade, Harley, Lorie and Kaleb; and his sister-in-law Patricia Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Smittie's memory may be made to Medical Missions Outreach or Rosedale Baptist Missionaries.
