He was predeceased by: his brother Richard E. Hacker Jr. (Bethany); and his parents, Richard Hacker and Charlotte Hacker. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Jr. (Kelsey); and his sisters, Norma Crouse (Duane) and Sandy Croy (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
