She was predeceased by: her husband James V. Stinchcomb; her brother J. Earl Neal (Barbara Nesbitt); and her sister-in-law Doris Neal. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Sanders (Dale) and Lori Betch (Mark); her grandsons, Stephen Jackson (Crystal) and Eric Sanders (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Addison Sanders, Chase Sanders, Raelynn Jackson and Tucker Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to United Evangelical Church, 3200 Dillon Street, Baltimore MD 21224, in Joan's name.
