He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kerns and Velma Valentine Kerns; and his brother James Kerns. He is survived by: his children, Christine Fatkin (Andy), Brian Kerns (Carmen), Jennifer Waszelewski (Todd) and Ryan Kerns (Kyleen); his grandchildren, Stephanie Mullin (James), Savannah Kerns, Samuel Fatkin, Benjamin Fatkin, Marin Waszelewski, Thomas Waszelewski, Kilian Kerns and Kyra Kerns; his great grandchild Christopher Mullin; Mary Kerns.
