He is survived by: his son Wayne Manning (Kim); his granddaughter Heather Thomas (late Joshua Thomas); his great grandchildren, Aston and Dawson; his siblings, Charles Manning and Helen Hattaway; and his former wife Billie Bailey.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery (7401 German Hill Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222).
