She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Klimek, Sr.; and her daughter Barbara Ann Ulrich. She is survived by: her sons, Charles John Klimek, Jr. (Carolyn) and Paul Anthony Klimek, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Keith Ulrich, Charles Ulrich, Nicole Barcikowski, Paul Klimek, Jr. and Kelli Klimek. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
