He is survived by: his spouse Dr. Anil Uberoi; his children, Vikrant Uberoi (Ellen Goldmark) and Jayant Uberoi (Francesca Uberoi); and his grandchildren, Solomon Uberoi, Isaac Uberoi, Leonard Uberoi, Rohan Uberoi and Indira Uberoi. He is also survived by two brothers and a sister.
