She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Kates; and her siblings, Mary Wright and Leo Nozeika. She is survived by: her children, Keith Kates (Christine), Kurt Kates and Patsy Flannigan; her grandchildren, Julianna Orozco (Andrew), Jacob Kates and Cameron Kates; her great grandchild Charles; and her siblings, Patsy Gnacek, Robert Nozeika, Andrew Nozeika, Michael Nozeika and JoAnn Bates.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222).
