He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Lee Flack; his son Scott Allen Flack (Dawn Flack); his stepdaughters, Kathleen Elizabeth Rich and Christine Marie Dodge (Rob Dodge); his siblings, Donna Eary, Butch Flack and Carla Sue Davis; Thelma Jean Flack.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Neil Flack (Sharon Flack) and Sherry Jean Copeland (David Duane Copeland); and his sister Barbara Pursley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
