She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fazenbaker and Ethel Fazenbaker; and her siblings, Kay Frazee, Clara Jean Fazenbaker, Shirley Ennis, Owen Fazenbaker, Charles Fazenbaker, Marshall Fazenbaker, Arthur Fazenbaker, Leroy Fazenbaker and Donald Fazenbaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine M. Kioussis, Rose M. Beal (Michael Beal) and Laura A. Tote (Shirley Wood); her grandchildren, Danielle Sevison, Britta Kioussis, Devin Bocklage, Krystal Tote, Amanda Heiser, Brandon Gouker, Katie Markel, Tiffany Tote, Theodore Kioussis and George Gouker, Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Hensley, Edith Guthrie and Hazel Michel. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
